A flexible day, not a perfect plan
Build a day that fits the person living it.
Start with what matters, what is already real, and the energy you actually have. Leave with a rough shape for today—not another system to maintain.
This page is optional. It is here for days when there is room to think a little further ahead. On other days, the 30-second version is the better door, and skipping both is a reasonable choice.

The capacity wording, the four cards and the list of things that cost more than they look are an organising device written for this site. They are not a validated measure, a clinical assessment, or a description of how anyone’s day should be structured. They exist to make a day easier to describe—nothing more. How evidence is labelled
Optional · about four minutes
Shape a rough today
- Step 1: what matters today
- Step 2: what is already real
- Step 3: capacity today
- Step 4: what costs more than it looks
What this is not
A draft you can abandon is doing its job.
This is not a task manager, a schedule or a habit system. It exists to reduce the thinking required to begin a day—so it should cost less than it gives, and it should be easy to walk away from.
If the shape you made does not fit by lunchtime, the shape was a hypothesis and the day is the evidence. Changing it is the point.
